Two stars only bc the food was done well, this time. The cashier did not give me everything I ordered, though. Most importantly, the place continues to be filthy... Again. Gobs of long hair in the condiment bin, crumbs all over the tables and seats. I love it when I go to sit down and I have to clean the crumbs that fell out of the mouths of some others some time before me. Oh, and there was more hair, this time on my table.

This was my first time here at this location. I was so excited that we were able to make it to the restaurant prior to close. I ordered the Italian combo, butter cookie and a drink. I also asked for my sandwich to be heated. My mouth was ready to devour my food when I realized that they had heated up my tomatoes and lettuce. I was like ??? Come on people. All u can say is Lazy..Lazy.. Lazy.. Instead of warming up my bread and meat then adding the lettuce and tomatoes they cheated and just threw the whole thing on the grill. :(

This Panera is so different from the other one on Hwy 10. How does a coffee place repeatedly run out of coffee and tea? The staff is friendly and having a great time in the kitchen even if they aren't working.

Definitely one of the better Panera locations in town. Standard food, but close to the financial district with a drive through and spacious outdoor seating. The service here is at a lesser level than at the other two locations. They also have a mold tendency to overdress the salads.

I had been wanting to try this place ever since I watched their commercial for the cranberry Turkey breast sandwich on flat bread. They made it look so good. I ordered the Turkey breast sandwich and a bowl of broccoli cheddar cheese soup, my husband ordered a coffee. He says his coffee was VERY weak, watered down. My soup was good but I've had much better. Now I was disappointed with the Turkey sandwich. When I ordered I had no idea that the sandwich comes with no sauce at all unless asked for it like mayo, mustard, cream cheese, etc. And the register person who did not bother to tell me even though I mentioned it was my first time there. In fact the girl who took my order seemed lazy, bored, and unfriendly. I did get a basil pesto (watery) dressing after noticing my dry sandwich and complaining. But even with that addition the sandwich was lacking. For the $6 I paid for it, I could have gotten much better some where else. It was very small, too little turkey, lettuce, tomato and onion. The place was practically empty at lunchtime and now I know why. Go elsewhere!
